At Kingdom Girls Co., each piece is made with intention and care. Because many of our items are made to order, we currently offer store credit only for returns.
Returns
All approved returns will be issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- ✦ Unworn
- ✦ Unwashed
- ✦ In the same condition as received
Returns must be requested within 30 days of fulfillment.
Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Order Changes + Cancellations
Any changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
After this window, your order may already be in production and cannot be adjusted.
Store Credit Details
- ✦ Store credit will be issued for the item(s) only — shipping costs are not included
- ✦ If your order originally qualified for free shipping, return shipping costs will be your responsibility
- ✦ Store credit is issued via email as an E-Gift Card
- ✦ Please allow 3–6 business days after your return is received and inspected for processing
- ✦ Store credit never expires
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, we're happy to help with an exchange through our return process.
